Multifunctional measuring complex«Alma Meter-2».

Within the framework of the subprogram “Scientific and educational equipment” of the SSTP “Standards and Scientific Instruments”, BSU developed and manufactured prototypes of the multifunctional measuring complex “Alma Meter-2”.

The Alma Meter – 2 complex is a development of the approach tested during the creation of the Alma Meter multifunctional measuring complex (see photo on the right) and represents a new generation of measuring equipment having the best technical, metrological and functional characteristics.

The Alma Meter – 2 complex includes 11 types of measuring modules for various purposes, each of which can be used both as part of a measuring station together with other measuring modules, and as a separate measuring device. In addition, there is a base unit with a built-in power supply for the modules and an interface, as well as a laboratory DC power source (see figure to the left).

Depending on the needs of the customer, an arbitrary combination of measuring modules, basic and laboratory units can be included in the complex.

Each of the measuring modules is a computer-oriented device with two high-speed interfaces - USB 3.1 / 2.0 and 1 Gbit / 100 Mbit LAN.

The multifunctional measuring complex “Alma Meter 2” can be successfully applied in educational and research laboratories in teaching students, conducting course, degree and research works.

Thermal imaging system for measuring high temperatures

Thermovisor IT-3CM

IT-3CM consists of a special-purpose digital video block that records thermal radiation in three overlapping spectral regions, which lie in the range 630–830 nm, and a standard laptop. The SVGA matrix of photodetectors with the number of active elements 752 × 480 is used.

The use of IT-3CM is effective in setting up and monitoring various high-temperature heat engineering processes. The functionality of the thermal imager is significantly expanded compared with traditional partial radiation and spectral pyrometers, as well as thermal imagers of the mid-infrared range of the spectrum. Registration of the thermal field in three parts of the spectrum allows one to determine the approximate values ​​of the effective coefficients of thermal radiation ε1, ε2, ε3 in these areas and to form the field of the true temperatures of the monitored object.

The recorder of motion parameters of elevator lifting equipment B-590 "PALTUS" is intended for measuring vibration acceleration during the motion of a lifting mechanism, calculation, recording and indication of motion parameters. The device is a portable device with an indicator, keyboard, power supply and magnetic holders. The device registers the acceleration values of the investigated hoisting mechanisms along three perpendicular axes in the internal non-volatile memory. In the process of measurements on the indicator of the device can display the average or root-mean-square value of the acceleration along one of the measuring axes. Upon completion of the data registration process, the device performs the primary calculation and display on the screen the maximum and minimum peak acceleration values, the maximum linear velocity value. Initial processing of the measurement data in the device and displaying the results on the built-in screen allows you to quickly assess the technical condition of the lifting mechanism. A more detailed analysis of the recorded data is provided to the user on a computer to which the device can be connected via USB
