About the centre of food technologies
We are engaged in the development, research and production of food ingredients of the corrective and enriching profile, as well as food concentrates for the bakery and meat industries. All research works we carry out together with specialists of UE "Beltechnohleb" and RUE "Institute of meat and milk industry". Our designs annually take part in various quality shows, tasting competitions and exhibitions and invariably receive high awards. Research and Production Centre of food technologies Unitehprom BSU is one of the innovation centres of the enterprise.
The staff of the Center consists of 11 people, 7 of whom have higher education. They are mainly graduates of BSU, including chemists, biologists, physicists and 3 candidates of chemical sciences.
